Vitamin T: definitely a friend :)

Following Steph's comment on my post about Vitamin I (Ibuprofen), I did a quick research on Tylenol to figure whether it can be used during the races. And the answer is... unless you get addicted and start overdosing, you totally can you use it during the races.

Tylenol does not belong to the family of Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs) such as Advil, Motrin, Aleve, ibuprofen, naproxen, etc. Tylenol is an acetaminophen, and it was shown to be safe.

Dmitri, you rock!

There's so much to learn...I'm still wondering if i should buy that recovery stuff OCTR is ordering. Soon I will feel like a drug addict taking so much stuff;-) and then I'm asking myself it this is all good - RUNNING; if I have to throw so many pills!

Steph, RUNNING is good, no doubt about it! As for the RECOVER-ease, I guess it should be fine too. Here is what I posted in our forum about it:

"All right, I read Keira's passionate call for action, checked side effects of each one of 8 components of this thing, counted change in my pocket, read some more about side effects, counted how much it will cost me per year if I get addicted, read about side effects for people that get as addicted to this stuff as Keira, checked Keira's race callendar for 2008... did I mention I also read about the side effects?
Anyways, sign me up for three (3) bottles. If everyone gets high from this stuff, I will get even more hard time trying to keep up with all the jokes about Kirk's blue underwear and things like that :)
Chaz, where do I send the check? I can through it into your mailbox, if you tell me how much it is and whether supply still lasts..."
